Je m'appelle Arthur, je suis pêcheur en kayak dans le Pas de calais.
Voilà mon sondeur HOOK REVEAL 5 50/200 ne répond plus à mes demandes d'interaction.
En fait, le sondeur fait littéralement sa vie tout seul, sauf qu'il fait n'importe quoi, quelques exemples : il crée des waypoints tout seul quand je navigue dans le menu ou même parfois quand je ne fais rien, à certains moments les boutons sont inactifs... bref je ne maitrise plus rien ???

Je voulais savoir si vous aviez déjà rencontré ce problème ? et si quelqu'un avait un conseil à m'apporter, je lui en serais très reconnaissant :)

J'ai regardé ta vidéo, ça me fait penser à une sorte de faux contact sur le bouton Waypoint ou comme si il était '' coincé ''.
Deux solutions :
1) Le combiné est encore sous garantie et tu va direct chez ton revendeur pour une prise en charge SAV
Attention tu pêche en kayak si le combiné à bu la tasse, ou pris un peu trop l'humidité (eau de mer) ça peu avoir endommagé les boutons...etc
2) Le combiné n'est plus sous garantie et là c'est moins drôle car faut trouver un système D pour tenter une réparation...
NOTA :
As-tu essayé de '' triturer ++++ '' ton bouton WP pour voir si tu arrive pas à débloquer un truc ?
Tu peux tenter de le remettre en paramètres usine mais j'y crois vraiment pas....

Comme vous, initialement je pensais que le bouton était pincé ou coincé mais non il semble tout à fait être à sa place et il "clic" correctement quand je l'actionne. Je sors assez rarement avec le sondeur et je fais attention à le ranger dans une pièce sèche dans la maison.
Je vais contacter Propulse Kayak à qui j'ai acheté le sondeur fin 2020 pour voir au niveau de la garantie.
