Posseseur d'un Elite 9 Ti2, suis-je le seul à etre consterné du mutisme de Lowrance part rapport à Genesis Live qui est en carafe depuis plus de 3 mois ?
Connection à son compte depuis le sondeur impossible. Aucune possibilité de récupérer sa bathymetrie depuis son compte sur internet, bref.
J'ai choisi Lowrance uniquement pour ces fonctionnalités car j'habite en Guyane et que je navigue à 95% sur des rivières et des fleuves en forêt amazonienne. Aucune cartographie n'existe, d'où la nécessité de pouvoir utiliser Genesis Live. Pour la pêche mais surtout pour la sécurité ! Les dangers ne sont pas répertoriés, les roches affleurantes, les hauts fond etc.
Bref, nous ne sommes pas sur un gadget mais bien sûr une fonctionnalité clé dans le discours commercial de la marque, pourquoi nous ne sommes pas tenus au courant du devenir de la situation ?
Je vais devoir acheter une carte Navionics pour pouvoir utiliser Live Chart, ce dernier oblige la présence d'une carte marine pour fonctionner. Un comble car je navigue sur des rivières et non pas dans la zone de la carte.
Il serait peut être judicieux d'être honnête et transparent sur la situation et ne pas laisser pourrir le client une fois son matériel acheté.
