Bonjour , j'ai fait installer un sondeur HookReveal7 HDI 83/200 , j'ai rencontré un soucis quand au choix de sonde dans le menu : il y a deux choix de sonde HDI , laquelle choisir svp ?
Ensuite , dans le menu "Pages", je n'ai que la fenêtre carto et la 2D mais pas le Downscan .Que dois-je faire svp ?
Pour info , j'ai bien regardé qu'il n'y ai pas de confusion sur le modèle du sondeur , quand à la sonde , je ne sais pas ou vérifier .

Bonjour,
Essaie de mettre la sonde « split shot » dans le menu sonde.
Tu dois également avoir sur le câble de t'abonde une étiquette avec le modèle à choisir.

J' ai le même problème avec mon Hook reveal 5 hdi, dans le menu "Pages", je n'ai que la fenêtre carte et la 2D mais pas le Downscan et dans la boite de dialogue pour rajouter une page il manque aussi Downscan.
J' ai dû acheter une ralonge de 3m qui est pourtant pour ma sonde 50/200 HDI. Le cable d'origine était trop cour.
La carte et le 2D fonctione trés bien.
Le problème provient t'il de la ralonge? Sur mes test à la maison DownScan était affiché. Que doige faire pour retrouver la Page Downscan?

Tente de rebrancher ta sonde en direct sans la rallonge pour voir si tu récupérer bien l'accès aux fonctionnalités Downscan.
Si c'est le cas c'est que ta rallonge n'est pas adaptée.

J' ai changé le réglage de la sonde, je l'ai mis sur Split shot et touts fonctione correctement maintenent.
