j'ai tout tenté, il va me falloir votre aide.
Je vous explique la situation,j'ai un HDS 9 GEN 3 ac une sonde scanimagine 3en1.
Tout fonctionnait à merveille depuis la modif de cette sonde l'année passée. (Superbe echos and co)
et là en plein milieu de sortie en mer: écran blanc, plus de profondeur (---), plus de tempé (---), plus de down ou sidescan.
Le logiciel était à jour avec le 18.2.
Depuis je cherche... que ca soit les réglages, la reconnaisance de la source, de la sonde, j'ai fait un softreset, un hardreset... j'ai même vue sur des forum que ca pouvait venir de la dernière MAJ qui était parfois defectueuse et suis donc revenu à la 7.0... rien n'y fait...
j'ai testé une nouvelle sonde, toujours pas...
je vous mets en PJ les photos de mon sondeur.
la deuxième photo est ce que j'ai trouvé en source sondeur qui me parait étrange: Pourquoi est ce noté "invalide"?
Si vous avez une idée, je crois avoir tout tenté de mon coté, sans résultat.

Tu n'as qu'un seul sondeur ?
La sonde est directement branchée sur l'appareil ?
Pas d'oxydation des prises ?
Fait un HARD RESET de l'appareil.
Tu sauvegarde bien et tu récupère bien tout tes waypoints....routes...traces...réglages...etc en dehors du sondeur.
Et quant tu a fait tout ça (sondeur éteint) :
1) Tu appuis sur la touche + et - et tu les maintien enfoncées
2) Tu appuis une fois sur le bouton power (en maintenant toujours les + et -) jusqu'à entendre un bip
3) Une fois le BIP entendu tu le laisse ce remettre en paramètre sortie d'usine tranquillement
Tu devras refaire la mise à jour qui te convient après.

!èrement vérifie que la sonde soit branchéeé dans le canal 2 (noire), reconnu par l'appareil sous: paramètres, sondeur, installation et ta sonde devrait apparaître dans le bas en gris.
2ièmement: paramètres, réseau, source de données, sondeur, change pour local au lieu de global, puis appuie sur la flèche au bout de fond et choisis configuration de l'appareil, choisis ta sonde, champ d'application choisis paramètres locaux.
3ièmement: si ta sonde n'est pas reconnue suite à ces changements sous réseau fait auto configuration et fait un redémarrage.
Si ça ne fonctionne tjrs pas vas dans paramètres et sous retour réglage usine ne coche pas waypoints, traçés et pilote automatique. Avant de faire ceci ne prends pas de chance et sauvegarde tes waypoints et traçés sur une carte sd, de toute façon c,est une chose qui doit être fait sur une base régulière.

La sonde ne semble pas reconnue actuellement. mais aucune idée pourquoi le sondeur l'a perdu en cours de session.
aucun changement effectué sur le moment.

Alors suite à vos conseils, j'ai a nouveau tout essayé... hard reset and co...
Je précise que je n'ai que un sondeur, la sonde est en effet en direct dessus et pas d'oxydation apparente.
Sans succes actuellement
Je n'ai meme plus l'option sondeur quand je vais sur les sources de données suite à la recherche auto. Cf photo : que l'option GPS ou heure...
J'en suis à me demander si le sondeur n'est pas endommagé...
Qu'en pensez! Quelqu'un a déjà eu ca?
Je rajoute que la sonde n'est pas reconnu automatiquement et en donnée tempétature, il m'est inscrit « pas de source température ». En même temps c'est logique vu qu'il ne connecte pas la sonde.

Tu es bien certain d'avoir activé multi source et Channel 2 suite à la dernière mise à jour?

autant pour moi, merci pour votre aide.
Concernant le multi source oui il etait bien activé et channel 2 également j'imagine vu que ca fonctionnait parfaitement.
Jai la sonde 3en1 totalscan imaging.
Depuis pour éliminer un problème venant de la sonde ou de deterioration des cables, j'ai branché un elite7 (prété par un ami) sur mon bateau et là ca a sondé direct sans aucun souci.
Donc on peut éliminer un problème qui viendrait de la sonde ou de l'alimentation.
je pense refaire un hard reset, refaire une mise à jour, refaire tout le procésus d'installation sondeur, mais j'ai bien peur d'avoir le même résultat. C'est comme si la fonction sondeur n'existait plus....

Oui refait une passe complète.
C'est top d'avoir testé avec un autre combiné pour éliminer les sources de problèmes.
Ton gen3 n'est plus tout jeune, le module sondeur a peut être rendu l'âme....
A voir avec EMS basé à Saint-Michel-Chef-Chef si une réparation est possible...

Regarde sous paramètres-à prpos et dans fonctions quelle version sondeur?

Si ton Gen3 fonctionnait '' parfaitement '' oui tu pourrais tout partager entre un nouveau combiné HDS PRO et ton ancien HDS Gen3.
Il faudrait brancher ta sonde et mettre la carto dans le sondeur le plus récent et performant (HDS Pro pour le coup) pour bien bénéficier des perfomances de l'HDS Pro.... c'est incomparable en rapidité et puissance.
Dans ton cas autant tester et voir ce qu'il ce passe...
Le Gen3 sera peut être encore en capacité de gérer l'affiche '' esclave '' des pages sondeurs et cartos issues de l'HDS PRO.

Si tu peux garder ta sonde sans problème.
Au besoin
suivant ton type de pêche tu pourras compléter par la suite par une sonde Airmar en 2D Chirp en 600 ou 800w, on pourra en reparler.
