J'ai installé sur mon kayak un combiné Hook 2 en 2019. Il a très bien fonctionné jusqu'à maintenant. Il a commencé à disfonctionner en s'arrêtant. Il fallait le remettre en route pour qu'il redémarre. Puis, le démarrage est devenu difficile. Et aujourd'hui, il ne fonctionne plus. Je ne peux plus l'allumer.
Problème d'alimentation électrique? Problème de l'appareil? Qu'en pensez-vous?

Cela semble venir d'un défaut d'alimentation et / ou d'un problème lié à un composant interne.
L'issue ne semble pas très bonne vue tes indications.
Dans quel état est la prise d'alimentation à l'arrière du sondeur ? Oxydée ?

L'état de la prise d'alimentation est bon. Il ne semble pas avoir d'oxydation du tout ni sur cette prise ni sur le câble d'alimentation. J'ai mis un dégrippant spécial connection électrique mais cela n'a rien changé.
Pouvez-vous me donner des info sur les possibilités de SAV?

Le combiné étant hors garantie, il va falloir vous rapprocher d'une société comme EMS à Saint-Michel-Chef-Chef dans le 44.
Il pourrons étudier la pertinence ou non d'une intervention sur le combiné pour tenter une réparation.
